OOPS Consultancy Ltd was formed by Brian Agnew in 1997 to concentrate on delivering professional, maintainable solutions using object-oriented and agile test-driven methodologies. OOPS Consultancy has particular skills in the Java arena, but will use the most appropriate technologies to deliver the most suitable solution in the most timely fashion.

Brian Agnew - Principal Consultant

Brian Agnew Brian Agnew has spent 16 years working with technology, starting at the Ministry of Defence and Philips electronics prior to moving into the investment banking arena, working for Salomon Bros., JPMorgans, UBS, the Royal Bank of Scotland and Gulf International Bank. Brian has successfully built systems ranging from network management systems and trading architectures through to development and testing infrastructures. At UBS Brian ran the Java developer community. In July 2009 Brian Agnew graduated from the renowned Certificate in Quantitative Finance course with a distinction. Brian has a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Sheffield University, and a CQF (Certificate in Quantitative Finance - distinction).
